Leadership and Development Advisory Service Grants to Help Boost Business & Skills

ADK Ltd, an Associate of Institute of Business Consulting and one of Somerset's leading independent e-business consultancy and service providers, today announced a new and exclusive Strategic Leadership and E-Business Development Coaching/Mentoring Service for business leaders who wish to develop their strategic, personal and management skills in e-business, e-marketing and project planning.

Based on years of coaching and providing e-business services the new provision aims to increase the leadership and management capabilities of business leaders and their senior managers so they can advance their business and personal development needs.

With the addition of Skills Minister Lord Young’s announcement of a £1000 Leadership and Management Advisory Service grant from Train to Gain, its clear that businesses throughout the South West will be able to use grants like this to access training programmes like ADK's.

"Anybody can learn functional job specific skills but our leadership development service is designed to develop the person, manager and leader. We start the process by showing how knowledge of skills can be used to develop a successful leader in any environment, whether business or e-business" said Andrew Knutt, ADK's Managing Director.

In addition, business owners will learn tips and strategies to help them bring order to the chaos of running an e-business so they can get better control and gain powerful insight into simple ways to increase profits and develop as an effective manager.
