7. Sell - Print & Mail Order: All communications between you and customers are further opportunities for sales and should be utilized fully. This will support the ecommerce endeavours and company image by means of keeping the corporate identity in all printed promotional material.

8. Train - Training: This will give you the knowledge and experience to use the technology you need to take ecommerce orders, ship them out and process payments.

9. Launch – The Launch: The success of all investment and work depends on this important part of the project and is intended to promote the site at local and regional level.

10. Support – Maintenance, Updates and Support: Required to ensure that budgets, quality of service and issues are accounted for and planned.
